摘要
提出了一种建立在计算机测量系统架构之上的固体火箭发动机质心测量系统,并从硬件与软件两部分给出了系统的设计方案;为提高系统的测试精度,除了采用高精度的元器件之外,结合实验结果对传感器的输出信号提出了一种基于曲线拟合的误差修正方案,降低了相对误差;经实际检验,该测量系统达到了要求的测量技术指标。
This paper presents a computer measuring system for SRM centroid using grating sensors and gives a design scheme of the system from hardware to software.It also presents a model to reduce errors through experiments besides using the high accurate sensors.After error compensation in the software,the accuracy of measurement meets the technical requirements.The actual measurement in the factory verified this conclusion.
