摘要
车辆发动机动力总成惯性参数的准确获得对于发动机的设计和优化十分重要,普遍采用的扭摆法由于多次工装引入了大量的人为误差,同时降低了测量效率,亟待改进.本文介绍了一种新型发动机动力总成惯性参数测试实验台的测试方法,通过利用可倾斜平台改变发动机动力总成与转台主轴的相对位置,从而测量其质心、转动惯量、惯性主轴等惯性参数.
During the research of engine's design and optimization,it is very important to measure the moment of inertia accurately.The traditional method of measuring these parameters usually leads to many positioning errors and its efficiency is very low as a result of repetitious of installations.This paper introduced a new method which can measure the position of center of gravity,moment of inertia and other parameters using a specially designed table.
