摘要
介绍了利用计算机与单片机的串口通信采集气敏传感器的信号、控制气敏传感器电路的取样电阻和测试电压等,使气敏传感器的测量由手控转变为自动化,且其精度远远提高。文中提出使用TC232CPE芯片连接计算机与单片机,并利用气敏传感器、ADC1678芯片、AD7502芯片等建立基于RS232的计算机测量系统,此外还利用Delphi开发对采集电路的控制程序。
How to use serial port between computer and single chip processor to collect the signalof gas sensor and control the gas sensor sampling resistance and testing voltage are introduced.This system makes gas sensor testing change from manually operation to automation, which canraise the precision of testing. It also offers that computer can be connected to single chip processorby TC232CPE. We can also build compute measuring system based on RS232 by using gas sensors,ADC1678, AD7502, etc. Besides, we develop control program of collecting circuit by Delphi.
