摘要
高校学生管理工作是高等学校教书育人的基本保障。针对近期频发的校园暴力事件,以某学生的表现及行为特点为例,从心理学角度介绍反社会型人格障碍的含义和特征,分析其产生的根源,并提出对反社会型人格障碍学生管理几点建议。
Student management is basic guarantee of teaching and educating of universities and colleges. Given the recent frequency of campus violence, this article takes a student＇s performance and behavior characteristics as example, describes the connotation and characteristics ofantisocial personality, analyzes its root causes, and puts forward the authors＇ own experiences and recommendations about management on the students with antisocial personality.
