摘要
现代社会的发展和竞争性的增强,使大学生除课业负担外,来自社会、朋友、就业、人际关系以及生活环境等方面的精神压力愈来愈大,长期的心理压力困扰,使得大学生存在许多心理问题。本文探讨了体育运动对促进大学生心理健康的作用和大学生常见的心理障碍及调节方式。
With the development of the modern society and the enhancement of the sense of competition,univer- sity students are facing greater mental pressure not only from schoolwork but from the society,friends,em- ployment,international relationships,surroundings,etc.as well.This chronic mental pressure makes them have more psychological problems.This article makes an exploration on the regulating effect of athletic sports on the common mental health of university students.
