实施完全学分制后对高校学生宿舍的管理与服务提出了更高的要求,以学生为关注焦点,通过理顺管理体制,突出育人主体职能;完善设备设施,增强学习功能;强化队伍建设,提高管理效能;创新管理机制,提高资源效益;健全考评机制,提升服务水平;搭建反馈平台,促进管理质量六大建设,帮助大学生进行学分选择和促进大学生全面成长成才。
After the complete implementation of credit system,it put forward higher request to college student dormitory management and service,to focus on students and outstand educational subject function through straightening out the management system; to perfect facilities and improve learning function; to strengthen the team building and improve the management efficiency; to innovate management mechanism and improve resource benefit; to perfect evaluation mechanism and enhance service level; to build platform for feedback and promote six construction of quality management to help students do credits choosing and promote their overall growth.
