摘要
宿舍是大学生日常生活、学习的重要场所,但是学生宿舍的管理与服务是各高校学生管理中很大的难题。文章首先通过分析当前高校宿舍管理与服务的现状,了解宿舍管理与服务的困难,其次,结合酒店式宿舍管理与服务新理念,提出"三全育人"理念下的宿舍管理与服务的新模式,从而有助于提高思想政治教育在学生宿舍的有效性,保障宿舍安全,提升学生宿舍管理和服务的水平,增强学生对学校和宿舍的归属感和幸福感。
Dormitory is an important part in college students’ daily life and study learning, but the management and service of student dormitory is a lot of problems in students’ management. This paper analyzes the present situation of the current students’ college dormitory and understanding the difficulty of dormitory management and service.Secondly, combining with new hotel-style dormitory management and service concept, this paper puts forward the new mode of dormitory management and service under the "Three Complete Education". It is helpful to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the student dormitory, to ensure the safety of the dormitory, to improve the level of management and service of the student dormitory, and to enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of students to the college and dormitory.
