摘要
以不切根处理香菇为对照,研究切根处理香菇在商品性、采后呼吸、感官指标、蛋白含量和细胞膜透性方面与对照的差异,从理论上说明香菇采后应进行切根处理以提高其贮藏品质和商品性,同时结合实践从经济效益方面说明切根处理的可行性。
In this paper, control of postharvest non-root-pruning treatment of Lentinula edodes, effects of root-pruning treatment on marketable quality, postharvest respiratory, sensory properties, protein contents and membrane permeability of Lentinula edodes were investigated. From the theoretical explanation, postharvest Lentinula edodes should be cut roots to improve their storage characteristics and marketable quality. Combined with practical instructions, the feasibility of root-pruning were illustrated from the economic aspects.
