摘要
针对果蔬CO2积累伤害和凝露腐败等问题,基于CO2敏感果蔬的呼吸生理特性,聚乳酸(PLA)、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)作为基材,添加碳酸钙、二氧化硅作为功能助剂,采用共混熔融吹塑工艺,研发可降解高透CO2透湿包装材料,并以芹菜为试材,利用该保鲜膜对其进行自发气调贮藏,通过测定保鲜膜内气体成分变化、可滴定酸、VC含量、叶绿素含量、失重率等指标,研究保鲜膜对芹菜品质变化的影响。结果表明,碳酸钙与二氧化硅质量比5︰1时可显著降低微环境中CO2、水蒸气浓度,抑制芹菜失水,减缓老化速度,保持较高的VC含量,对芹菜具有较好的保鲜效果。
In view of the CO2 accumulation damage and condensation of fruits and vegetables, based on the respiratory physiological characteristics of CO2-sensitive fruits and vegetables, polylactic acid(PLA), polyadipate/butylene terephthalate(PBAT) was used as the substrate, and calcium carbonate was added. As a functional additive, silica was developed into a degradable high-permeability CO2 moisture permeable packaging material by blending melt blow molding process, and celery was used as a test material. The preservative film was used for spontaneous gas storage and storage. The effects of the plastic wrap on the quality of celery were studied by the changes of gas composition, titratable acid, VC content, chlorophyll content and weight loss rate. The results showed that the ratio of calcium carbonate and silica to 5︰1 could significantly reduce the concentration of CO2 and water vapor in the microenvironment, inhibit the water loss of celery, slow down the aging rate, maintain high VC content and had good preservation of celery.
