摘要
为寻找天然果蔬防腐剂,该试验在离体条件下,采用生长速率法测定了鹿蹄草素、黄连、黄柏、厚朴等4种中草药提取物对几种果蔬采后病原真菌的抑制效应。结果表明:4种中草药提取物对链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.25、12.5、25、1.25mg/ml;最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为0.25、25、25、2.5mg/ml;对褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.032、0.625、0.625、1.25mg/ml;最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为0.125、2.5、5、2.5mg/ml。经线性回归计算50%抑制时对链格孢菌的有效浓度(EC50)分别为0.217、10.192、10.354、0.340mg/ml;对褐腐病菌的有效浓度(EC50)分别为0.065、0.192、0.687、0.246mg/ml。
Agar plate tests was conducted to test the inhibitory effects in-vitro of herbal extracts Pyrolin, Coptis chinensis Franch, Phellodendronchinense Schneid and Magnolia officinalis Rehd against postharvest pathogenic fungi in order to search the new type natural antisepic agent. The MIC of A. alternata were 0.25mg/ml 、 12.5mg/ml, 25mg/ml, 1.25mg/ml and the MBC were 0.25mg/ml, 25mg/ml, 25mg/ml, 2.5mg/ml. The MIC of M. fructicola were 0.032mg/ml,0.625mg/ml,0.625mg/ml, 1.25mg/ml and the MBC were 0.125mg/ml, 2.5mg/ml,5mg/ml,2.5mg/ml.By line regression, 50% of Effective Concentration (ECs0) of herbal extracts for A. alternata were 0.217mg/ml, 10.192mg/ml, 10.354mg/ml,0.340mg/ml respectively and for M. fructicola were 0.065mg/ml, 0.192mg/ml, 0.687mg/ml, 0.246mg/ml respectively.
