摘要
概述了电力系统在各种扰动情况的安全要求，根据这些要求提出安全稳定控制的配置应用原则及要求达到的效果。通常是按三道防线进行配置。对２类控制系统，预防控制和紧急控制的特点及各种控制措施的控制目标，控制手段和实现方法作了简要介绍。
This paper describes the security requirements under system disturbance. Based on these requirements, the principle of application of stability control disposition and the result to be reached are presented.It is usually disposed according to 3“lines of defence”criterion.The paper also introduces briefly the features of two kinds of control, i. e. preventive control and emergency control, the control targets as well as control methods.
