摘要
韶关发电厂机组原有的安全稳定控制措施已不能适应电网运行和发展的要求。为此,提出了在韶关发电厂和韶关500kV变电站实施以在线预决策安全稳定控制技术为核心的区域安全稳定控制措施的设想,并对安全稳定控制系统的功能、配置及技术要求进行了分析和研究。在线预决策安全稳定控制系统投入运行后,大大地提高了韶关发电厂及韶关电网向主网的送电能力,稳定了韶关发电厂机组的运行,产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益,同时为广东其它地区的稳定控制装置提供了可靠的技术依据。
In view of the fact that the original safety and stability control measures for the units in Shaoguan Power Plant could no longer adapt to the operation and development of power grid, it was suggested that the regional safety and stability control measures based on on^line pre^decision stability control technique be adopted in Shaoguan Power Plant and the 500 kV substation in Shaoguan, Guangdong. The functions, disposition and technical requirements of the system are dealt with in this paper. The system, after being put into operation, greatly enhances the capacity of power transmission from Shaoguan Power Plant and Shaoguan power grid to the main network, stabilizes the operation of the units in the plant, and brings about prominent economic and social benefits; meanwhile, it provides reliable technical reference for the stability control apparatus in other areas of Guangdong Province.
