摘要
以乙酸、正丁醇、正戊醇、正己醇和正辛醇为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,在常温下用超声分别制备了相应的乙酸酯类物质。实验针对有无超声、超声频率、超声声强、温度、催化剂用量等参数对催化合成乙酸酯类物质的影响。优化了30℃条件下的工艺条件为:声频10 kHz,声强1.0 W/cm2,催化剂用量1.0%(体积比)。实验结果表明,超声在室温下辅助合成乙酸酯类均有很好的效果,酯化率均能达到50%以上。该方法反应条件温和,操作简单且反应速度很快。
Acetic acid,n-butyl alcohol,n-amyl alcohol,hexyl alcohol,n-caprylic alcohol and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,acetate were prepared by ultrasound at the room temperature.Influence of ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic intensity,temperature and amount of catalysts were investigated.The optimum conditions are as follows:the single frequency is 10 kHz,ultrasound intensity is 1.0 W/cm2,the amount of catalyst is 1.0%(v/v).The results showed that ultrasound can enhance the esterification of reaction,the esterification rate are all above 50%.This method has advantages such as: mild condition,simple operation and high reaction rate.
