摘要
研究了微波协同CAT-601大孔树脂催化合成了葡萄糖五乙酸酯的新工艺,通过优化合成工艺得到了最佳工艺条件:葡萄糖0.025mol,乙酸酐与葡萄糖物质的量比为6.8∶1,催化剂用量为葡萄糖质量的6%,微波功率425W,反应时间8min,在此条件下葡萄糖五乙酸酯的产率可达93.6%,催化剂可多次循环利用,催化性能稳定。
Glucose pentaacetate was prepared from glucose and acetic anhydride by microwave assisted synthesis integrated with macroporous resin catalysis. The preparation process was investigated and the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: glucose 0.025 mol, acetic anhydride/glucose molar ratio 6.8:1, macroporous resin/glucose mass ratio 6%, microwave power 425 W, and reaction time 8 min. Glucose pentaacetate yield achieved 93.6 % under the optimal conditions. The catalyst could be regenerated many times with stable property.
