摘要 对叔丁基苯乙酸在浓硫酸催化下 ,采用微波常压法与甲醇合成对叔丁基苯乙酸甲酯。结果表明 :当对叔丁基苯乙酸 :甲醇 :浓硫酸 =2 :2 0 :0 .75 (摩尔比 ) ,采用 60 0w微波辐射 2 0min时 ,对叔丁基苯乙酸甲酯的产率达 93 .6% ,反应速率是常规方法的 1 2倍。 The synthesis of methyl 4-tert phenylacetate with methanol and 4-tert phenylacetic acid as reactants and normal pressure with concentrated H 2SO 4 as a catalyst under microwave irradiation is studied. When the molar ratio of 4-tert phenylacetic acid: methanol:H 2SO 4=2:20:0.75 and the irridiation time of 600W was 20min, the yields of the esterfication are 93.6%. The reaction under microwave is at least 12times as fast as that under ceassical condition.
