摘要
叙述了催化合成肉桂酸甲酯催化剂的研究进展;介绍了各种不同催化剂下合成肉桂酸甲酯的工艺条件和结果。认为在现用的肉桂酸甲酯的合成技术中,辐射技术与催化剂硫酸氢化物合用的效果最佳,产率可达98.8%,且对设备腐蚀性小,催化剂能够重复使用,操作方便,比其他方法有显著的优越性。
Development of the catalytic synthesis of methyl cinnamate is reviewed; process conditions for synthesizing methyl cinnamate using different catalysts and their results are introduced. It is regarded that among the existing methyl cinnamate synthesis technology, combination of radiation and the catalyst hydrogen sulfuric acid is the best choice for its high yield (98.8%), little corrosion to the equipment, recycle use of catalysts and convenient operation.It has obvious good advantages over other methods.
