摘要
打造企业核心竞争力是现代企业永恒的战略重点,企业的软实力已成为企业核心竞争优势的主要源泉之一,以绩效文化为核心的企业软实力建设则是提升企业软竞争力的有效方式。在绩效文化视角下构建企业软实力,企业管理者需要在准确了解我国企业软实力建设的现状和企业文化作用的基础上,研究和探索出一条有效的发展之路;把企业绩效管理实践上升到企业文化建设的高度是企业软实力建设的有效途径;采取措施切实加强企业软实力建设,为企业软实力建设做好组织保障,并对企业软实力战略执行进行绩效评价则是企业努力的重点方向。
It is the strategic focus of the modern enterprise to build its core competitiveness, and enterprises' soft power has become one of the main sources of core competitive advantages, and the soft power construction, with the core of performance culture, is an effective way to enhance its competitiveness. In the course of the construction based on performance culture, managers need to research and find out an efficient development way on the accurate study of enterprise's soft power status and the role of enterprise culture. It is an effective method to upgrade performance man-agement practice to the height of corporate culture when building soft power. There are three directions, including formulating action strategy, organizational mechanism and implementing performance evaluation.
