摘要
对涤纶帘子线在捻线和织布过程中影响强力的因素进行了分析。结果表明:原丝强力、CV值、与捻线接触的设备部件、捻线工艺参数的控制等对帘子线强力都有明显影响,而帘子线的织造过程以及存放时间的长短对强力的影响并不明显。
The influence factors on strength during the twisting and weaving process of PET cord yarn were analyesd.The results showed that grey yarn strength,CV value,the equipment components contact with the twisting and the control of twisting process parameters had obvious effect on cord yarn strength.The cord yarn weaving process and the length of storage time had not obvious effect on the strength.
