摘要
通过分析织机电子送经和电子卷取的运动过程,确立了控制方案,建立了张力控制系统的动态结构图;应用Matlab Simulink/Sim Power System(电力系统工具箱)的建模方法,设计了交流伺服控制系统,建立了基于电气原理的控制系统模型,进行了仿真和分析,仿真结果表明设计方案正确、灵活、方便、有效。
By analyzing the Loom electronic let--off and electronic take--up process of the movement , a control program is established, and a dynamic tension control system structure is set up. It uses MATLAB Simulink / SimPower System (Power System Toolbox) modeling approach, designs AC servo control system , and builds a control system model based on the principle of electrical. Besides,a simulation and a analysis is made, and a good result is obtained. These indicate the correctness, increasing the flexibility, more convenient and effective of this system.
