摘要
针对喷气织机复杂的送经卷取传动系统,以津田驹ZAX型喷气织机为依据,采用自下而上的设计模式开发电子送经卷取机构的虚拟样机,为其复杂机械传动系统研究以及喷气织机数字化技术改造提供了平台支持。通过时间变量多项式拟合了伺服电机速度控制曲线,在此基础上对送经卷取机构进行运动学仿真,获得了织轴与卷布辊的角位移﹑角速度及角加速度规律曲线,仿真结果表明,织轴与卷布辊运动配合关系正确,符合送经与卷取运动的控制要求。
In view of the complex drive system of air jet loom let--off and take--up mechanism, the virtual prototype of electronic let--off and take--up mechanism is developed with down--top design based on ZAX Tsudakoma air jet loom, and then an platform support is not only provided for studying its complex mechanical drive system, but also air jet loom digitized transformation. The control curve of servo motor rotating speed is estimated through an multinomial with time variable, and then kinematics simulation for the let--off and take--up mechanism is carried out, thus angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration for warp beam and cloth roller are acquired, and from simulation results we could know that, the moving cooperate relationship of warp beam and cloth roller is correct, and it is according with controlling requirement of the let--off and take--up.
