摘要
采用美国TA公司ARES-RFS旋转流变仪,对高相对分子质量聚碳硅烷(H-PCS)/二甲苯溶液的流变特性展开研究.结果表明:H-PCS/二甲苯溶液为切力变稀流体;非牛顿指数n约为0.9;体系质量分数从38%增大到68%时,相应地,黏流活化能Eη从15.38kJ/mol增至80.16kJ/mol;综合考虑质量分数、非牛顿指数n和结构黏度指数Δη3个影响原液可纺性的因素,得出纺丝温度为30℃、质量分数为68%的H-PCS/二甲苯原液的可纺性最好.
The rheological properties of high molecular weight polycarbosilane( H -PCS)/xylene solution is studied with ARES- RFS rheometer, exhibiting a shear stress diluting fluid. Its flow index is about 0. 9. The viscous activation energy of the H -PCS/xylene solution increased from 15.38 to 80. 16 kJ/mol as the concentration increased from 38% to 68%. Considering concentration, flow index and structural viscosity index that mainly affect spinnability, the H - PCS/xylene solution exhibits a good spinnability at the temperature of 30 ℃ with concentration of 68%.
