摘要
采用自制单孔熔融纺丝系统,对熔融纺丝状态时聚碳硅烷(PCS)的流变特性展开了研究。结 果表明:PCS熔融纺丝时,喷丝板孔道中的剪切速率在102~104s-1之间;PCS熔体为切力变稀流体;非牛顿 指数n为0.6~0.95;黏流活化能Eη约为190~230kJ/mol,是一般成纤高聚物的2~5倍。表观黏度η为 20~60Pa·s,对温度变化非常敏感,可纺温区很窄。
The rheological property of polycarbosilane(PCS) spinning melt is studied with self-made single-orifice melt spinning system. The results show that the shear rate of PCS melt in the orifice is 10 2 to 10 4s -1.PCS melt is a typical shear stress diluting fluid and its flow index is about 0.6 to 0.95. The viscous flow activation energy of PCS is about 190 to 230 kJ/mol, 2 to 5 times to general fibre-forming polymer. The apparent viscosity is about 20 to 60 Pa·s and is hypersensitive to the fluctuation of temperature. Therefore, the range of spinning temperature is narrow and the spinning technological parameter must be strictly controled.
