General pollutants source intensity estimation on environmental impact assessment in machine industry and pollution prevention

摘要 针对机加工行业的环境影响评价项目,以污染物产生机理和工艺特点为基础,从简单易行和便于操作的角度出发,提出较为合理的切割、焊接、喷漆废气和废水等几类污染物排放源强估算方法.然后分析并制定有效的污染治理措施,为环评工作者在机加工行业污染物源强估算提供参考依据. In view of environmental impact assessment(EIA)for the machining projects and from the simple and feasible standpoints,several reasonable estimation methods of pollutants source intensity were proposed based on the generation mechanism of pollutants and technological characteristics,and these pollutants included the cutting dust,welding fume,painting exhaust,painting wastewater.Then we analyzed and propounded effective measures,which would provide the reference for EIA workers.
