机械设计加工中的低能耗与污染控制实验研究

摘要 遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm)是模拟生物进化论“优胜劣汰”生存规则的计算模型,是一种通过模拟自然进化过程搜索最优解的方法,算法简单,可并行处理且具有全局寻优能力。针对此,为了降低机械设计加工的能耗与污染物排放,采用GA算法对机械设计加工任务进行调度,得出最优方案,借鉴AtkinsonS、LewisD博士的研究成果对污染物排放进行评定,最后以阀盖零件加工为例进行仿真实验分析,结果表明,基于GA算法获得的低能耗机械设计加工工艺方案能耗和污染物排放都有所降低,以期为机械加工的低能耗、低污染物排放设计提供理论支持。 Genetic algorithm is a computational model that simulates the survival rule of "survival of the fittest" in biological evolutionism. It is a method to search the optimal solution by simulating the natural evolutionary process. The algorithm is simple, can be processed in parallel and has the ability of global optimization. Based on this, in order to reduce the energy consumption and pollutant emission in mechanical design and processing, GA algorithm is used to schedule the tasks of mechanical design and processing, and the optimal scheme is obtained. The pollutant emission is evaluated by using the research results of Dr. Atkinson S and Lewis D. The simulation experiment of valve cover parts processing is carried out. The results show that the low-energy mechanical design and processing technology based on GA algorithm is obtained. The energy consumption and pollutant emission of the project have been reduced, which is expected to provide theoretical support for the design of low energy consumption and low pollutant emission in mechanical processing.
