摘要
本文在结合国家现行有效的法规、导则及相关技术标准的基础上,总结出环评工作中污染源强核算应遵循的基本思路、通用技术方法、技术路线,并通过部分实际案例梳理出典型行业类型环评中的源强依据、核算方法。为环评工作及技术评估者在实际工作中提供合理化建议。
Based on the present effective national regulations,guidelines and relevant technical standards,this paper summarizes the basic ideas,general technical methods and technical routes of accounting method for pollution source intensity in EIA,and combs the source intensity basis and accounting methods for typical industry type EIA through some actual cases.To provide reasonable suggestions for EIA and technical evaluators in practical work.
