摘要
采用硬度塞测温法实测了2D25柴油机活塞标定功率工况下表面40个特征点的温度,并结合有限元法对其温度场、热应力场及热变形进行分析。研究结果表明,在标定功率工况下,活塞表面工作温度最高为306℃;在热负荷作用下,最大Von Mise应力为125.9 MPa,最大热变形量为336μm。
The 40 critical points' surface temperature of 2D25 diesel engine piston was measured by rigidity-plug temperature measurement method.Based on these results,FEM is used to analyze the temperature field,thermal stress field and thermal displacement.The study indicates that,under the rated power condition,the highest working temperature of the piston is 306 ℃,the biggest Von Mise stress is 125.9 MPa and the largest deformation is 336 μm.
