摘要
活塞是发动机中工作条件最严酷的零件,同时也是发动机的关键部件之一。活塞顶与高温燃气直接接触,使活塞顶的温度很高,活塞各部的温差很大。因此,活塞的可靠性很大程度上影响着整机可靠性水平。目前,活塞温度测试在内燃机的设计、研究方面仍是一个重要的技术领域。我们阐述了多种活塞温度场测试的方法和原理,并介绍了今后的发展趋势。
Among all components of a combustion engine, piston is the component operating under the toughest situation and also one of critical parts. The direct contact between piston crown and high-temperature fuel gas increases the temperature of piston crown and leads to distinct temperature differentials in different parts of the piston. Therefore, the reliability of a piston has a huge impact on the overall reliability of the entire machine. The measurement of piston temperature still remains an important technology in the design and research of combustion engine. This thesis elaborates various present principles and methods of temperature field measurement of pistons, and introduces the trend of future development.
