摘要
涂覆陶瓷涂层可以改善活塞顶部的热力性能,从而提高活塞的使用寿命。文章首先在三维软件PRO/E中建立了柴油机活塞模型,然后通过N-S方程对活塞进行稳态下热力场求解,得到活塞的稳态温度场。对比计算结果,发现在活塞顶部涂覆陶瓷涂层可以明显改善活塞顶部热力性能。
Ceramic coating which is coated on the piston can serve as a heat insulation function, improving the service life of the piston. First, models of diesel engine piston were established by PRO/E. Then, the steady state thermal analysis of the piston was carried out. The results show that the ceramic coating on the top of the piston can significantly reduce the temperature of the piston.
