CIK细胞联合顺铂及IL-2治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨细胞因子诱导的杀伤(CIK)细胞联合顺铂(DDP)及IL-2胸腔内灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的疗效。方法将67例MPE患者随机分为两组,对照组给予DDP及IL-2治疗,治疗组给予CIK细胞联合DDP及IL-2。结果两组治疗后临床症状均有所好转,不良反应少,治疗组有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(73.0%)。结论 CIK细胞联合DDP及IL-2胸腔内灌注治疗MPE是一种较为理想、安全有效的综合性治疗手段,值得推广应用。
