摘要
目的:探究并分析吉西他滨小剂量单药化疗联合胸腔闭式引流及IL-2注入治疗恶性胸腔积液临床疗效。方法:选取我院肿瘤内科收治的116例恶性胸腔积液患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将恶性胸腔积液患者分为对照组(58例)和观察组(58例),对照组给予胸腔内置管闭式引流胸腔积液,并注入IL-2治疗,而观察组则加用吉西他滨单药小剂量单药化疗,比较两组临床疗效和药物不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(70.69%)明显高于对照组治疗总有效率为(48.28%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),各项生化指标明显下降(P<0.05),而观察组的药物毒副反应未明显增加(P>0.05)。结论:吉西他滨小剂量单药化疗联合胸腔闭式引流及IL-2注入治疗恶性胸腔积液临床疗效确切,具有安全高效和毒副反应少等特点。
Objective. To investigate the clinical efficacy of small doses of single-agent gemcitabine for chemotherapy combining with chest cavity closed type drainage and IL-2 injection on malignant pleural effusion patients. Methods-One hundred and sixteen malignant pleural effusion patients who were treated in the department of medical oncology in our hospital from December 2010 and December 2012 were chosen as the research objects, and were divided into the control group （cases=58） and the observation group （cases=58） by using a random number table, patients in the control group was given chest built-in tube closed drainage of pleural effusion and injection of IL-2 treatment, while patients in the observation group were given small doses of single-agent gemcitabine for chemotherapy on the basis of the chest bullt-ln tube closed drainage of pleural effusion and injection o{ IL-2 treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse drug re- action of two groups was evaluated. Results：The total efficient rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group （70.69% vs 48.28%, P〈0.05）, the biochemical indexes decreased obvious- ly （P〈0.05）, but incidence of adverse reactions was not increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion-Small doses of single-agent gemcitabine for chemotherapy combining with chest cavity closed type drainage and IL-2 injec- tion is effective on malignant pleural effusion patients with great safety and reliability.
