摘要
为了提高负荷预测的精度,须在负荷预测当中考虑到需求侧管理因素。结合上海市电力公司常用的负荷预测方法,提出了基于模型参数修正的负荷预测间接修正方法和把需求侧管理量作为负荷形成直接输入变量的负荷预测直接法,算例验证了算法的有效性。
In order to improve the accuracy of load forecast,the factors of the demand side management（DSM） must be considered.The indirect load forecast method based on model parameter correction and the direct load forecast method which takes the DSM as the load to form the direct input variable were proposed in combination with the com-monly used load forecasting methods in Shanghai municipal electric power company and the numerical examples veri-fied the effectiveness of the algorithms.
