摘要
文章首先概述了电力需求侧管理(DSM)产生的背景及在国外发展现状,从技术手段和经济措施两方面论述了需求侧管理的具体内容。结合需求侧管理在我国引入、发展的历程,详细分析了我国推行需求侧管理面临的种种制约,并给出了相关对策和建议。
This paper first describes the background and situation of demand side management in foreign countries, then it gives a detali of the content of demand side management from technology side and economical side. At last, relating the process of demand side management＇s development in China, it analy- sises the main obstacles in promting demand side management and gives some suggestions.
