摘要
以负载敏感控制技术应用到雷达调平液压系统中为例,根据对其工作原理的分析,建立了系统的仿真模型,通过仿真分析结果验证了采用负载敏感技术的液压调平系统能减少能量损失,达到节能的目的,并且分析了相关参数对系统动态特性的影响,对以后的相关液压系统的设计提供了有价值的参考。
This paper takes the load-sensing control technology is applied in the leveling hydraulic system as the example.According to the analysis of its working principle,the system simulation model has been established.Through the result of the simulation analysis,it can be confirmed that if the load-sensing control technology is applied in the leveling hydraulic system,it will reduce the energy loss and achieved the energy saving.The effect of related parameters on dynamic characteristics of the system is analyzed,which provides valuable reference for the design of related hydraulic system.
