摘要
本文介绍了水平位置测控装置的研究和设计,该装置主要由MB90F549单片机构成的低压电机控制器,嵌入式监控器,低压直流电机、减速器以及T形丝杠组合和稳定平台台体构成。系统内部通信通过CAN总线和RS232连接,并可以通过CAN总线技术扩展成为分布式系统。该装置可以为车载武器系统提供高精度的水平状态测控,具有现实意义,并可作为产品向业内推广。
Research and design of the equipment of level position measure and control is introduced by the article. It is composed by MB90F549 microcontroller which makes of low voltage's DC motor controller, embedded monitor and low voltage's DC motor with reducer, T axis combination and stable platform. The system inside is connected by CAN bus and RS232, and it can be extended to a distributed system through CAN bus. The leveling equipment can provide the vehicle's weapon system with high precise level position measure and control. It has real significance and can be popularized as a product in the industry.
