神经生长因子促进骨折愈合研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 神经生长因子(NGF)是神经系统中一类重要的生物活性分子,可由不同类型细胞所分泌。近年研究发现,NGF不仅能促进神经元生长和神经损伤修复,还能促进新生骨形成,从而加速骨折愈合过程。该文就NGF生物学特性、促进骨折愈合作用机制、促进骨折愈合方法等作一综述。
