分析了贴牌代工企业在贸易价值链中所处的不利地位,阐述了品牌和名牌的区别,提出了企业创名牌需要注意的关键问题,讨论了政府在企业创牌中应发挥的作用。
This paper analyzes the disadvantageous position of OEM enterprise in trading value chain,expounds the differences between the brand and famous brand,and puts forward some key problems needing attention in brand creation of enterprise,and discusses the role that the government should play in brand creation of enterprise.
