摘要
以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)是不同于传统医学教学的新型教学模式。为保证教学效果,应对教师进行培训,就改变教师教学理念、转化教师角色、编写合适PBL教学教案、设计与之配套的教学评价体系等问题进行有益的实践与探索。
Problem-based learning is a newtype of teaching method, which is different from the traditional teaching method. The purpose of the faculty training is to improve the idea of the teacher, change teacher’s role, compile suitable PBL cases and make a correlated evaluation system.
