摘要
高等职业教育法治化已成为世界性潮流,发达国家的高等职业教育早已纳入法制轨道。我国可借鉴国外高等职业教育立法的有益做法,洋为中用,进一步为高等职业教育发展提供强有力的法律支撑和制度保障。
Higher Vocational Education has been taken into the legal system for a long period in developed country.Today,the legislation of Higher Vocational Education is the global trend.China can make full use of beneficial practices on the foreign higher vocational eduction legislation to provide a strong system of legal support and protection for the development of higher vocational e-duction.
