摘要
目的:检测缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、葡萄糖转运蛋白1(Glut-1)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)、基底细胞癌(BCC)组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测74例SCC、71例BCC及30例正常皮肤组织中HIF-1α和Glut-1的表达。结果:SCC中HIF-1α和Glut-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为68.92%和82.43%。BCC中HIF-1α和Glut-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为61.97%和56.34%。均高于正常皮肤组织0%和6.67%(P<0.05)。HIF-1α和Glut-1的表达与SCC和BCC患者的年龄、性别、分化程度无关,但与SCC淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α和Glut-1的过度表达可能与SCC和BCC的发生和转移有关。
Objective: To detect the expression of HIF- 1 and Glut- 1 in the tissue of squamous cell carcinoma ( SCC ) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC). Methods: The expression of HIF - 1 and Glut - 1 in 74 cases of SCC, 71 cases of BCC and 30 controls was detected with immunohistochemistry method. Results: The positive expression rates of HIF- 1α and Glut- 1 were 68.92% and 82.43% in SCC, while 61.97% and 56.34% in BCC, which was higher than those in normal controls (0% and 6.67% ), with P values of 〈 0.05. The expression of HIF- 1 and Glut- 1 was not correlated with age, gender or histological differentiation (P 〉 0.05), but closely related with metastasis of lymphocyte node in SCC ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: The over- expression of HIF - 1α and Glut - 1 in SCC and BCC may be involved in the development of SCC, BCC as well as metastasis of SCC.
