摘要
在 Na<sub>2</sub>O-1,6-C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>16</sub>N<sub>2</sub>-SiO<sub>2</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>O 体系中合成了高硅 ZSM-48沸石。考察了碱量[(Na<sub>2</sub>O/SiO<sub>2</sub>)×10<sup>2</sup>=1.76-7.50]、有机胺量、温度对晶化过程的影响。利用 XRD、SEM 跟踪了 ZSM-48晶体生长过程,报道了 ZSM-48的吸附性能、热稳定等物化性质。并得出负载 ZSM-48金属沸石催化剂是一种良好的一氧化碳加氢合成低碳烯烃催化剂。
A hign-silica ZSM-48 is synthesized in the system of Na_2 O-1,6-hexamethy-lenediamine-SiO_2-H_2O.The composition of synthesis mixture is varied in the fol-lowing range:Na_2O/SiO_2×10~2=1.76 to 7.50,R/SiO_2×10~2=17 to 71.Effects on cry-stallization of various factors such as pH values,diamine-amounts,temperatures,etc,are investigated,and physicol-chemical properties of ZSM-48 such as adsorption,thermo-stability etc,are reported.The conversion of carbon monoxide via hydro-genation into light weight hydrocarbons over ZSM-48 is also investigated.It isindicated that high-silica ZSM-48 supported with metal is a good catalyst inmaking light olefins from CO+H_2.
