摘要
通过 2 7Al MASNMR、2 8Si MASNMR、XRD、比表面、孔分布等分析手段 ,考察了 β分子筛在表面润湿法合成中的结构变化。以工业氢氧化铝、国产工业拟薄水铝石、试剂氢氧化铝和进口拟薄水铝石作铝源合成了 β分子筛 ,研究了不同铝源对 β分子筛晶体生长过程的影响。
Commercial and reagent Al(OH) 3, commercial and imported SB were used as Al sources to synthesize β zeolite by surface wetting method. Characterization by 27 Al MAS NMR, 28 Si MAS NMR and XRD showed that Al being hexa coordinated in raw material could be converted to tetra coordinated in amorphous Si Al gel in the condition of alkalinity,then converted to tetra coordinated in framework structure of β zeolite under hydrothermal conditions.Longer time of crystallization is needed for synthesizing β zeolite when commercial raw Al sources are used due to impurities existed.
