摘要
采用微波辐射方法制备β沸石,并以Ag进行修饰.采用XRD和NH3-TPD等方法表征β沸石修饰前后酸性和结构特征,研究了凝胶组成和辐射条件对合成β沸石相对结晶度的影响.在固定床反应器上对Ag修饰前后β沸石醚化性能进行了研究.实验结果表明,采用微波辐射方法合成的β沸石结晶度达到100%.最佳合成条件为:n(H2O)/n(S iO2)=2.5,pH≥10,辐射温度140℃,辐射时间60 m in。Ag修饰后β沸石基本保持了原有的结构特征,且酸强度增加,醚化反应活性增强5.83%.
β-zeolite was synthesized under microwave radiation, and was modified by Ag. The acidity and structure characters of ,β-zeolite were examined by XRD and NH3-TPD modification. The effects of sol composition and radiation condition on the relative crystallinity of,β-zeolite were studied. The ethefification reactivity of,β-zeolite was experimentally studied in a fix-bed reactor. The results showed that the relative crystallinity of β-zeolite under microwave radiation was 100%. The optimum synthesis conditions were that n (H2O) /n (SiO2) =2.5, pH≥10, temperature of 140 ℃ and radiation time of 60 min. Ag-modified,β- zeolite kept its original structural characters, but strength of acid increased, the ethefification reactivity raised by 5.83%.
