摘要
润湿晶化法是一种合成β沸石的新方法,此法有效地降低了模板剂用量,使β沸石实现了工业化生产。采用不同孔结构和表面性质的硅源可以控制β沸石的粒度和孔结构。小比表面积、大孔径的硅胶对制备小粒度的β沸石有重要的影响。
The surface-wetting method is a new method to synthesize zeolite β.It decreases the amount of template and has been applied in preparation of zeolite β.The results show that the pore structure and crystal size of zeolite was affected by silicon source with different pore and surface property.Silica gel with small surface area and large pore diameter can be used to synthesize zeolite β with small size.
