摘要
研究了 Zr- Fe- ZSM- 48沸石的合成、表面性能及其负载催化剂在 CO加氢反应中的催化性能。结果表明 :与 Si- ZSM- 48和 Fe- ZSM- 48相比 ,Zr- Fe- ZSM- 48中的 Zr和 Fe同时进入ZSM- 48分子筛骨架 ,使分子筛表面的弱碱中心消失 ,出现多个不同的强碱中心。Zr- Fe- ZSM- 48负载铁钾催化剂有利于铁的还原 ,但各还原过程的还原比例与 KFe/ Si- ZSM- 48和 KFe/ Fe- ZSM- 48相比有着较大差异。KFe/ Zr- Fe- ZSM- 48在 CO加氢反应中活性和选择性都较低。
Zr Fe ZSM 48 zeolite has been synthesized and investigated with different techniques of XRD, FTIR, TPR, and CO 2 TPD. The catalytic performances of CO hydrogenation to light olefins were tested. It was found that the incorporation of both Fe(III) and Zr(IV) into framework of ZSM 48 greatly influenced the basicity of the zeolite and the reducibility of the catalyst. The decrease of activity in CO hydrogenation is perhaps due to the disappearance of the weak basic sites and the unsuitable ratio of Fe 2O 3, Fe 3O 4, FeO and Fe o on the surface of reduced catalyst.
