摘要
分析了目前我国农林类大学生就业心理问题,指出社会环境因素、就业机制、教育体制与思想工作、学生自身原因,是农林类院校大学生就业心理问题的主要成因;最后提出了农林类院校高校毕业生的就业心理对策与能力培养措施。
The employment psychology of college student studying in Agriculture and Forestry University was analyzed.The main courses of employment psychology problems in Agriculture and Forestry University were social and environmental factors,employment mechanism,education system and thought work and students’ own reasons.Based on the analysis,the countermeasures for employment psychology and ability training were put forward.
