摘要
近几年的数据表明,毕业生的就业率正随着毕业生人数的增加而减少,本文作者根据自己在大学生就业岗位上的工作经验,分析就业越来越难的缘由,并据此提出了相对应的就业对策。
In recent years, the data shows that the employment rate of graduates is decreasing along with the number of gra- duates increasing; the author based on work experience in college students＇ employment, analyzed the reason of increasingly difficult employment, and accordingly proposed corresponding employment countermeasures.
