摘要
分析了目前高校学生就业心理的现状和大学生就业心理问题产生的根源,指出社会变革、就业机制不完善、高校教育体制的弊端,是大学生就业心理问题的主要成因;最后提出了解决目前高校学生就业心理问题的若干对策。
This article analyses specifically the present situation of the career-seeking of college students, their psychological problems and the causes by pointing out rapid socialtransforming, negative effects of career mechanism and higher education system are the main causes. The author puts forth some suggestions to deal with those problems.
