摘要
为减少环境污染及改善水泥混凝土路面的韧性,研究了硅灰改性橡胶混凝土的路用性能。通过密度、抗折强度、抗压强度及劈裂强度试验,研究了掺硅灰的橡胶混凝土基本力学性能及物性的变化规律,试验分析了混凝土的冲击韧性;采用噪声仪及超声波仪研究了橡胶混凝土的减振降噪效果。试验研究表明,硅灰的掺加,提高了普通混凝土的抗折强度、抗压强度及劈裂强度;随着橡胶颗粒体积掺量的增加,橡胶混凝土的密度、抗折强度、抗压强度、劈裂强度与压折比逐渐降低;橡胶颗粒的掺加提高了混凝土的冲击韧性,噪声水平有所下降;随着橡胶掺量的增加,混凝土的阻尼降噪效果越明显;当橡胶颗粒体积掺量不超过30%粗集料时,可获得路用性能较优的橡胶混凝土路面材料。
In order to alleviate environment pollutions and improve toughness of concrete pavement,road performance of silica fume modified rubberized concrete were studied.The variation vegularity of basic mechanical properties and physical characteristics of silica fume modified rubberized concrete were studied by tests of density,flexural strength,compressive strength and indirect tensile strength.Impact toughness of rubberized concrete was analyzed.Vibration and noise reduction of rubberized concrete were studied by noise instrument and ultrasonic instrument.The experimentation results present that(1) flexural strength,compressive strength and indirect tensile strength of rubberized concrete incorporated with silica fume is better than those of plain concrete;(2) density,flexural strength,compressive strength,indirect tensile strength,and rate of compressive strength of flexural strength of rubberized concrete decrease due to augments of rubber particles volume fraction of concrete;(3)impact toughness of concrete can be enhanced and noise level can be reduced by mixing rubber particles in concrete;(4)the effect of damping and noise reduction is remarkable with increasing volume fraction of rubber particles;(5)when volume fraction of rubber particles does not exceed 30% of volume fraction of aggregate,good performance of rubberized concrete for concrete pavement material can be attained.
