摘要
为寻求合理的粗橡胶颗粒沥青混合料室内成型工艺,对原材料、级配进行了研究和选择;采用振动压实与大型马歇尔二次击实成型相结合的成型方法,运用正交试验,研究了不同橡胶掺量、振动频率、振动时间、压实温度和压实次数对粗橡胶颗粒沥青混合料压实效果影响;以空隙率为主要控制指标对混合料的压实效果进行评价;提出了适用于粗橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的成型工艺;对不同橡胶掺量的混合料高温性能进行了评价,提出了合理的橡胶掺加比例。
Raw material and gradation were studied in order to search for a more reasonable molding process of coarse rubber asphalt mixture. By an orthogonal experiment, a combined method of vibration compaction and large Marshall second compaction were used to study how rubber dosage, vibration frequency and vibration time, compaction temperature and compaction times influenced on the compaction degree. Voidage was taken as the main guidepost to evaluate the compacting effect of the mixture. A more reasonable molding process for the coarse rubber asphalt mixture is put forward. The high-temperature behavior of the mixture with different rubber voidage was evaluated for recommending the reasonable rubber content.
