橡胶掺量对CBFRC的物理力学性能影响 被引量:10

Effect of Crumb Rubber Proportion on Mechanical Properties of Chopped Basalt Fiber Reinforced Concrete

摘要 将粒径为3.90,1.70,0.42,0.25mm的橡胶颗粒以质量比1∶1∶1∶2进行混合,然后以体积分数10%,20%,30%,40%,50%替代细骨料,掺入到短切玄武岩纤维体积分数为0.2%的混凝土中,并对这种混凝土的物理力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,短切玄武岩纤维增强橡胶混凝土的各项强度指标均呈现下降趋势;相比橡胶混凝土,短切玄武岩纤维增强橡胶混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和抗弯拉强度有不同程度的提高,并且其变形性能有很大的改善;而短切玄武岩纤维对橡胶混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量影响不大. 10% ,20% ,30% ,40% ,50% of fine aggregate was replaced with an equal volume fraction of rub- ber particles with size of 3.90,1.70,0.42,0.25 mm with mass ratio of: 1: 1: 1 : 2, and was added to concrete with 0.2% volume fraction of chopped basalt fiber to study mechanical properties of the concrete. The results show that the strength index of basalt fiber reinforced concrete shows a downward trend with increasing mixing amount of the rubber particles, but compared with the crumb rubber concrete, the split- ting tensile strength and the flexural strength and the deformation properties of chopped basalt fiber rein- forced concrete show different degrees of improvement, while the elastic modulus and the compressive strength of concrete have little change after adding chopped basalt fiber.
